Why This Guide Exists
Kentucky treats many arrest and booking materials as public records, subject to legal exemptions. Access is still scattered. The Trimble County Sheriff's Office can confirm an arrest or supply an agency record, while the receiving jail holds its own intake file. The Kentucky Department of Corrections maintains KOOL for people in the state system, and the courts hold the case outcome after booking. This site organizes those official sources, explains the lookup steps, and identifies the request route when no public page shows the record. It publishes no photo collection of its own.
What the Pages Cover
The guides separate current custody from an arrest report, a court case, and a later state-prison record.
- The county arrest guide covers recent arrests, the receiving-jail roster, warrant limits, booking photos, and Kentucky removal law.
- Separate pages explain the same-day custody check, the wider dated arrest trail, and Kentucky VINELink alerts.
- City guides explain how Milton and Bedford arrests move through county and receiving-jail systems.
- Records guidance identifies which office may hold an arrest report, jail file, booking photograph, or court disposition.
